1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Streams of Grace ("the App"), operated by TPC Ministries ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Streams of Grace is a spiritual formation application providing daily devotionals, prayer journaling, contemplative practices, Bible reading, and an AI spiritual companion ("Grace AI"). The App is available as a progressive web app (PWA) and may offer free and premium subscription tiers.

3. Account Registration

You may create an account using email/password or third-party authentication (e.g., Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features are available through paid subscriptions processed by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. Donations

The App accepts voluntary donations processed by Stripe. Donations support the ongoing development and ministry of Streams of Grace. Donations are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. AI Companion Disclaimer

Grace AI is an artificial intelligence tool designed to provide spiritual encouragement and reflection. It is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, medical advice, or pastoral care. Grace AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

7. User Content

Content you create (journal entries, prayers, reflections) remains yours. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service. We will never sell your personal content to third parties.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to: (a) violate any laws; (b) harass, threaten, or harm others; (c) distribute spam or malicious content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service; or (e) interfere with the App's operation.

9. Intellectual Property

All devotional content, designs, code, and branding are the property of TPC Ministries or its licensors. Scripture quotations are used under applicable permissions. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Active subscriptions will be canceled.

11. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
